The 2015 PopUp took place on October 24th along West Ninth Street in Little Rock between Broadway at the historic Mosaic Templars Cultural Center and State St at the Dreamland Ballroom/Flag & Banner building.
We held a Community Charrette on July 6th, 2015 at the Mosaic Templars building to brainstorm possibilities and gather ideas from volunteers, community stakeholders, and residents to determine what aspects should be a part of this year’s PopUp. Here are some photos from that meeting:
